ProActive Fee Management™

ProActive School’s Fee Management allows School Administrators to track and manage fees. Fee Management is fully integrated into the ProActive solution and eliminates the tedious task many schools face dealing with multiple databases and fees needing to be transferring from one database to another. Administrators are able to easily add new fees into the database, post student fees into their folders, track all payments, and review reports they need, all with a few key strokes.

Task Tracking

Families are able to go on-line and view all school fees associated with their student. The fee information is clear and concise, showing what the fees are, how much they are and when payment is due. Fees can be paid directly from their student’s folder.

Reporting

School Administrators can easily pull up a number of reports including payment history, paid summary and accounts receivable. ProActive School’s Notify can automatically email families reminding them that their fees are due without the School Administrators having to manually do it.

Flexibility

Fee Management’s flexibility lies in the fact that the system architecture allows Administrators to add new fees to the database, set the fee amounts and the payment terms all with very little effort. The training time to fully manage and use Fee Management is minimal.
