ProActive School, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was founded in 2005, to align educational processes with technology best practices commonly used in commercial businesses today with the overall goal of improving student achievement.

ProActive School services are focused on the future direction of education information technology and its mission is to transform educational data management from a reactive records and static reports-based environment into a proactive knowledge and decision-based environment.

To achieve this mission, ProActive School has developed a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) solution based on the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) standard that integrates, manages, relates and presents data from multiple applications throughout the school enterprise ensuring real-time, role-based access.
