James Rosebush, Chairman

As Chairman of ProActive School, Mr. Rosebush oversees the Company's Board and strategic education initiatives and alliances. He also manages GrowthStrategy, a strategic growth firm, and is Chairman of OurFamilyManager.com, an asset management firm. Mr. Rosebush served as Deputy Assistant to the President during the Reagan Administration and created the Private Sector Initiatives program to engender private sector solutions for public problems. Mr. Rosebush is currently serves as the President of the Fairfax County Education Foundation and the Urban Movements Foundation.

Don Gauger, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of ProActive School, Mr. Gauger manages the day-to-day all business activities of the Company. He is an Information Technology professional with over 25 years of diverse Information Technology and Managerial experience in Applications Development, Operations, Project Management, Business/Service Planning, Marketing/Sales and Emerging Technology Assessment for both Commercial and Government clients. He has owned and managed several successful companies as well as managed corporate organizations as Vice President, Global Information Systems for Citibank and Vice President, Information Technology for Automatic Data Processing.

Jeroen van Ek, Chief Operating Officer

As COO of ProActive School, Mr. van Ek manages the operations and services delivery activities of the Company. He is a senior Technologist with over fifteen years in IT professional services business. He served as Group President for Commerce One/AppNet.

Ken Meyer, Executive Vice President

Ken Meyer has a strong background in business, public policy and technology. From 2002 until 2005, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the United States Department of Education, where his primary responsibilities included traveling the country working with state and local policymakers, as well as education leaders, regarding the initial implementation challenges and opportunities of the No Child Left Behind Act. He was a founding partner of the Washington, D.C.- based business development firm, Phoenix Strategies, LLC, where he represented technology and education related companies in the development and deployment of strategic initiatives at the state and local level across the country. A former Tennessee legislator, Mr. Meyer has been actively involved in public policy issues for over twenty years at the local, state and federal level. He has testified before state legislative committees all over the country, has written articles for national publications and has served as keynote speaker in a variety of venues on the issues of public policy, technology and education. Ken has served as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University and at the Washington Campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is on the faculty of the Washington, D.C.- based Leadership Institute. Mr. Meyer earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tennessee.

Gerald W. Ulan, CTO

As CTO of ProActive School, Mr. Ulan leads the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships; builds and manages a top-flight technology team and oversees research and development, as well as project management; provides visible leadership for the company within the technology community; anticipates and reacts to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape; establishes technical standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations. He is a senior Technologist with over fifteen years in Information Technology background. He has served in many senior technical positions with CitiBank, Data General, AINS, and others.

Philip F. Finelli, Jr., VP Sales

As VP Sales of ProActive School, Mr. Finelli manages all marketing and sales activities of the company. He has been responsible for the growth and development of numerous Information Technology and service related businesses. For over 25 years, he has acted as a counsel and business advisor to a select group of corporations. He received his BA from Saint Francis University and his JD from the University of Baltimore.

Charles Sarich, VP Account Management

As VP Account Management of ProActive School, Mr. Sarich manages all post-sales client activities of the Company. He has over twenty-five years of business experience and has worked with a number of successful start-up companies. Mr. Sarich taught at both Maret School in Washington, D.C. and Flint Hill in Virginia. He also worked for a financial services firm where he was actively involved in evaluating and assisting companies in financial planning and service management. Mr. Sarich holds both a B.A. and M.B.A. from American University in Washington, D.C.
