delivers a complete and structured methodology to prepare schools training staff for the implementation and use of ProActive services.

Project Management

provides strategic guidance to organizations to cost-effectively execute schools critical initiatives and to prepare them for a state of "continuous improvement." Our project managers/planners take a collaborative approach to helping customers achieve their desired results while minimizing their risk.

Custom Engineering

provides java/sql application custom development services that extend the ProActive services required by schools. The company plans to leverage these custom services where possible to extend the company portfolio of services offerings. Under this plan the company will enter into agreements with the client to develop a custom service where they will only pay for the annual recurring services fee of the offering and the Company will not charge them for the Professional Services as is common for a consulting industry.

Reporter Services

builds and posts custom designed and developed reports based on the school requirements sent to them by email utilizing a reporting services platform. The company plans to build a repository of these reports for reuse by other ProActive clients providing economies-of-scale that reduce costs, improve quality and increase the turn-around time for schools that utilize the Company's services.

Forms Services

designs and develops electronic forms for the schools that are secure and pre-populated with existing information from various data sources. These forms are purely automated, interactive forms that are integrated with ProActive Notify capabilities like field trip, application, permission and emergency forms that go out to parents for information and approvals. The company plans to build a repository of these forms for reuse by ProActive clients providing economies-of-scale that reduce cost, improve quality and increase the turn-around time for schools.

Integrator Services

provides for the building of Java/XML, SIF standardized interfaces to schools legacy applications that are connected into the consolidated ProActive data base or for communication among legacy applications. These resources will be utilized by clients to interface compliant SIF legacy applications into the ProActive architecture but where the SIF standardized interface does not exist with a particular legacy application this services organization will also build custom SIF agents for the client legacy application. The company plans to build a repository of these custom developed SIF agents and make them available to ProActive clients.
