DQS for SIF® Agents

DQS for SIF® Agents is engineered specifically to support data quality audit requirements for a SIF® Agent. DQS for SIF® Agents processes and tools are efficient and effective, whether performing change management or conducting production assurance.

• Configure Data Standards - Data standards for the supported versions of the SIF® Specification are preloaded in DQS for SIF® Agents. The standards are configurable to conform to the needs of a specific SIF® Agent data standard.
• Process Object Transactions - Process SIF® object synchronization, add, change and delete transaction event types in real time.
• Audit Transaction Data Quality – Audit the quality of the data published by the SIF® Agent based on conformance to the enterprise data standards - version compatibility, metadata definitions, object format, and data element validation rules.
• Identify Defects – Identify nonconformities to the enterprise data standards.
• Categorize Defects – Categorize defects by defect type and maintain a repository of defects.
• Send Defect Notifications – Automatically send defect reports to designated staff based on an enterprise established notification schedule.
• Analyze Defects – A series of drill-down reports provide logical views of the details of a defect, leading the user to the root cause of problems.
• Eliminate Defects – Eliminate defects by correcting the root cause of problems. Correct the problems at the source to prevent reoccurrence.
• Verify Corrections – Reprocess the transactions to verify that the defects have been eliminated.
• Track and Report Performance – Track and report performance levels and trends using data quality reports. Reports include Six Sigma performance metrics, defect summaries, aging charts, and trend charts.
